MOULD REALIZATION FOR ROTOMOULDING
Our solutions are aluminum or sheet steel molds depending on technical and aesthetic needs, adapting to every production need. The in-house team of mechanical engineers together with our workshop manager, with 40 years of experience in the sector, offer their advice to create the steel mold that best suits the needs of the product; The aluminum molds are made by high-level external partners, selected by us and supervised at every stage of creation.

MASS PRODUCTION OF HOLLOW PLASTIC PRODUCTS
Our products can have any shape and color, maintaining uniform density; From a minimum thickness of 3 mm, they can go up to a spherical diameter of 2,500 mm and 3,500 mm.
Each item made by Rotoglobe can be customized, from mirror polishing to flaming, and integrated with metal inserts. We produce recyclable thermoplastic products, using food and drinkable approved polyethylene in compliance with European regulations WRAS, KTW-W270 – 2002/72/EC; 2023/2006. We manufacture fuel tanks with ISO21487-ADR approval. We create hollow body objects in polyamide (PA), polypropylene (PP), cross-linked polyethylene, low, medium or high density polyethylene (PELD,PEMD,PEHD), polyethylene foam (PEFOAM) according to the destination and design needs. To cover the most recurring requests for the world of quality tanks and cisterns, we have created our own internal brand: GlobeTank, for “ready-to-use” supplies of tanks compliant with the containment of drinkable, grey, black water, chemical products and fuels; divided into 4 product lines:

TAFF POLYETHYLENE FLOATING MODULAR SYSTEMS
A solution that is easy to transport and assemble independently, which combines stability (also thanks to the customizable ballasting system) and production quality; in fact, each floating module is made of high-density polyethylene density (HDPE), a thermoplastic polymer, through rotational moulding technology, therefore without welds, with uniform thickness and high mechanical resistance. TAFF products provide the necessary accessories for anchoring and according to needs, it is possible to take advantage of consultancy and design of ad hoc solutions for each type of seabed and current.
